How We Work
The Process. Start to Finish.
We cover every floor, piece of furniture, and doorway with heavy-duty plastic before we touch a single ceiling. Your home stays clean.
We wet the texture to soften it, then scrape it off in sections — careful, controlled, no gouging the drywall underneath.
Once the texture is gone, we apply a smooth skim coat of joint compound across the whole surface. This is where flat ceilings are made.
We sand it flat with a long-pole sander, blow out the dust, and prime the ceiling before paint touches it.
Flat ceiling paint goes on in two coats. Then we pull all the plastic, haul out every bag of debris, and leave your home clean.
